TAPCO Underwriters, or TAPCO Insurance Services, was founded in 1983 and is a dedicated Excess and Surplus MGA.
TAPCO offers carrier access placement for P&C insurance agencies in several states. They have a focus on Homeowners and Dwelling Fire products as well as commercial insurance. Homeowner’s insurance is available only through insurance agents in 29 states, though policy availability may vary. Currently, there are 23 insurance carriers represented through TAPCO with their products available.
Home Insurance offered through TAPCO Insurance is only available for single-family houses, including modular and some mobile homes. Home insurance from TAPCO includes coverage for Personal Property, Loss of Use, Personal Liability, and Medical Payments.
